Nicola Valley Film Society presents “LAND OF MINE” Rated 14A on Monday February 19th at 7:00 pm at the NVIT LECTURE THEATRE. Tickets are $5.00 at the Door and Memberships for the 6 films in the 2017/18 season are $2.00. Parking is FREE and there is no food or drink allowed in the theatre.
Land of Mine is a moving and tense WWII drama based upon the true story of young German POW’s who have to detect and disarm German landmines along the Danish seaside beaches . It has received many awards and was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Foreign Film in 2017.
